    I really want to like ST. But I can never get over the lack of pockets in the ST universe. Seriously, cargo fatigues are no longer available in the future?

    @newgalactic: It seems like Kirk and company are micromanagers. That ship has like, bazillions of crew but a handful of people take care of every issue. The federation needs to learn how to delegate.

    Pro tip: If you send the seller a question on eBay asking whether it's banned it could probably help.

    If they say it isn't and it turns out it is then you can take it to eBay and their protection scheme can probably sort it out. #usedxbox360

    @HeartBurnKid: Agent of R.O.A.C.H.: YES! I was trying to remember Audiosurf. You can so cheat at Audiosurf though...choose an ambient song with long loops and the track is a breeze. Metal...makes for some tough tracks at higher levels. #musiclibrarygame

    @smegz: True, but considering the scoreboard only ranks you against other people doing the same track... "cheating" that way does make it easier to get all the achievements, though. #musiclibrarygame

    If you buy a 360 on eBay, be sure to use PayPal. Then if the system is truly banned, you just have to file a claim with Paypal and they will definitely get your money back.

    I know this because I sell stuff on eBay all day. #usedxbox360

    Well, sucky for everyone that was dumb enough to mod and then hookup to live as if they wouldn't get caught. On the plus side, if you are looking for an xbox for illegitimate uses, well now is the time to strike. I know I am getting one just for the sake of using it as a MCE in my basement. #usedxbox360

    @aniteshj: Firstly, noone who mods their xbox is under the delusion that getting on live won't get you banned eventually.

    Secondly, give your idea a go, see how quickly you realise you just bought a banned modded 360 that's unable to play any media. I'd elaborate but you seem to know so much that you should know what I'm referring to.

    @sortius: Firstly I think a lot of people are under the idea they can skip around scot free. Personal anecdote, my cousins had been going for a few years all modded out. Now what? Yea...

    Secondly, you uninformed twat, the ability to STREAM MEDIA is seperate from Live. You could be disconnected from live, so long as you are on YOUR OWN WIRELESS/WIRED network, the Xbox is free to get onto my media server and pull all the files it needs to.

    Thirdly, there isn't much stopping me from doing what I want with a 50 dollar 360 to mod it even further to play files and such off the harddrive.

    So next time, come informed if your going to say something. Your idiocracy is making me laugh though, so thanks. #usedxbox360

    Buying a used 360 is never a wise idea - that warranty may be needed. I've upgraded from my launch day units to HDMI units a few years ago, sold my launch units for about $100 a piece less than a new unit, and my warranty clock was reset.

    Now, apparently, I'm the only person to never have a true RROD, and still warranty three units (power failure during firmware upgrade, lightning friend one completely, took out the ethernet on the other). I would be out a ton of money if MS's warranty was not as good as it is. #usedxbox360

    @valkilmerisawful: I think the point is that since xboxes are failure-prone, if you buy one it is good to have a warranty on it (or to just skip it and go for something more stable) #usedxbox360

    It's just in general not a good idea to buy a used 360 with RROD and warranty transfer issues. This only further cements that concept. #usedxbox360
